Christmas Delivery Info

Dear valued customers,

Our offices and showrooms will be closed from Monday, 23rd December 2024, until the New Year. We will reopen on Thursday, 2nd January 2025.

The festive season is a special time to celebrate with family, friends, and loved ones. However, we understand it can also bring logistical challenges, particularly regarding orders and deliveries. To ensure a smooth experience, we’d like to share some important information about our schedule and shipping timelines during this period.

Order Deadlines & Delivery Information

Tiles in the UK stock and samples (listed under Express Delivery category)
The last order date for pre-Christmas deliveries is Monday, 16th December 2024

Processing Resumes
All sample and the full product orders placed after this date will be processed from 2nd January 2025 onward.

We kindly ask you to consider this schedule when placing your orders during the Christmas holidays.
